Clare Jenkins

   

 

Clare has contributed hundreds of features to Woman’s Hour and other magazine programmes on BBC Radio 4. She is the author of two books, about women’s relationships with Roman Catholic priests, and about people’s experiences of bereavement. She is Visiting Fellow in Oral History at the University of Huddersfield, and Senior Lecturer in Journalism at Sheffield Hallam University. Janet Graves:

Janet's career has involved both national television and radio. She was the northern producer for Woman’s Hour at the BBC in Manchester, and has also worked as a producer for daytime television on BBC1 and as a producer/director for Channel 4.

In addition, she is a trained trainer, who has developed and delivers courses on how to operate as a freelance, research, negotiation and telephone skills and voice training. She works as a career mentor for young graduates entering the Media industry. Janet lives in Cheshire.


Gillian Hush:


In a BBC career spanning 30 years, Gillian produced talks, short stories and readings in a wide variety of genres, including the Morning Story and Afternoon Story on BBC Radio 4; serials for Woman's Hour, Book at Bedtime and Storytime; in the non-fiction field, the Alan Bennett Diaries, which became one of the Radio Collection's most successful audio cassettes. Gillian lives in Manchester.
